Have you been a victim of a fake shop?

Dear Customer,

Unfortunately, there are illegal copies of our shop on the internet, which are intended to defraud customers of their money. These sites often differ significantly from ours upon closer inspection and generally do not allow for secure payment, e.g., via PayPal. Security seals such as the Trusted Shops certificate are often missing, and prices appear significantly cheaper.

Immediate measures

  1. Contact your bank or payment service provider immediately
    • Inform them about the suspected fraud
    • Request cancellation of the payment or a chargeback
    • If necessary, block your credit card
  2. Document everything
    • Take screenshots of the order confirmation and the website
    • Save all emails and messages
    • Note down the exact sequence of events and all contact attempts
