Together we face a difficult situation. The coronavirus pandemic is developing rapidly: many of you are already taking extraordinary measures that we could not have imagined weeks ago.

We all feel a sense of uncertainty and concern for the well-being of ourselves, our families, friends, and colleagues.

To secure the supply chain, we communicate regularly with suppliers and transport partners, so we currently do not observe any specific disruptions. We process all orders as usual and as quickly as possible.
However, as restrictions on passenger, goods, and cross-border traffic are now changing almost hourly, and different country-specific measures are being taken, delivery times may vary.
Unfortunately, we have no control over this situation, but we will keep you informed of any possible delivery delays.
