Towbar - Jaguar XE

The detachable tow bar is designed for towing loads of up to 1,800 kg and a nose weight of up to 75 kg. When not in use, the detachable tow bar can be easily stowed in a special compartment under the luggage compartment floor. A cover ensures a clean appearance when the tow bar is removed.

The electrically retractable tow bar is designed for towing loads of up to 1,800 kg and nose weights of up to 75 kg. The electrically retractable tow bar hides discreetly behind the rear bumper, providing a clean and attractive appearance. It includes a unique trailer light test system that allows the driver to check that the trailer's lights, including the tail and brake lights, are functioning properly without any assistance. The trailer light test is activated either via a switch in the load compartment or via the touchscreen, depending on the vehicle's specification.
