§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between komponentenwerk GmbH & Co. KG. and consumers and businesses who purchase goods through our shop. We do not recognise any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from our own. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers on the internet represent a non-binding invitation for you to purchase goods.
(2) You can place one or more products in the shopping cart. During the ordering process, you will enter your data and preferences regarding payment method, delivery modalities, etc. Only by clicking the order button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(3) The access confirmation sent immediately by e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely confirms its receipt.
(4) We reserve the right to refuse the order without any claims being derived against us.
(5) The acceptance of the offer to conclude a purchase agreement occurs with the sending of the shipping confirmation.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of Your Order Data
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g., product type, price, etc.) will be stored by us. However, you do not have online access to your past orders. We will send you the General Terms and Conditions, but you can also access them at any time via our website. If you wish to save the product description on our shop page for your own purposes, you can, for example, take a screenshot (= screen photograph) at the time of order or alternatively print the entire page.

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order using the delete key. We will inform you about further correction options during the ordering process. You can also completely terminate the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Retention of Title
The purchased item remains our property until full payment.

§ 6 Statutory Warranty Rights for Defects
Our goods are subject to statutory warranty rights for defects.

§ 7 Commercial Place of Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our business domicile if you are a merchant.

§ 8 Shipping Costs
From €300.00 (incl. 19% VAT), shipping within Germany is free.
Bulky goods shipments are excluded from this (see below).

Shipping within the EU costs a flat rate of €20.00.
Bulky goods shipments are excluded from this (see below).

Bulky goods shipments are offered depending on the class:
Class I = €25.00 GER / €50.00 EU
Class II = €50.00 GER / €70.00 EU 
Class III = €99.00 GER / €120.00 EU
Class IV = €120 GER / €200.00 EU

For orders with a value below €300.00 (incl. 19% VAT), we charge €6.95 (incl. 19% VAT) for deliveries within Germany.

§ 9 Delivery Time
The ordered goods will be delivered within up to 6 working days after receipt of payment.
